Our No Refunds Policy
At Muyal, we take hygiene & safety concerns seriously. Due to these concerns, we have a strict No Refunds policy across our website. However, we offer an option for replacement or exchange, but this is available only if the reason for the request is genuine.
This policy ensures that all products you receive are:

- Not used or returned by others

Unboxing Video Required
We ask for an unboxing video to verify the condition of the product, incase of a return request raised. The video should show the product being unboxed from the original packaging and must clearly depict any damages or issues with the product.
Please ensure the video clearly shows the unboxing process from the very start. This helps us process your request swiftly and effectively. Edited video or static images won’t be accepted for damage claims.
Exchange Process
If you encounter any genuine issues with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, as recorded by the shipment agency at sales@muyal.in. We will evaluate the case and handle exchanges on an individual basis. Refund or Returns is not applicable on International Orders
Damaged Products
Before packing, our team does a final quality check and pack it with utmost care. In the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged, please email us at sales@muyal.in within 24 hours of receipt as recorded by the shipment agency. Kindly include the following:
- An unboxing video showing the condition of the product.
- Invoice should be clearly visible in the video
- Clear and well-lit visuals of the damaged product or missing parts.
We will then work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- No returns or refunds will be processed for personal or subjective reasons once the product has been shipped.
- Products that are especially handmade, such as wooden toys, dresses might show slight imperfections such as uneven surfaces or threads popping out, which are not considered damage.
- We do not accept claims for products with disorientation of color or texture that were communicated in the product description.
- Shipping and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Any returned products must be shipped back in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Once a return is received, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and it may take upto 5-7 business working days to recieve in your account.
- If you receive a product with tampered seals or broken packaging, do not accept the parcel.
- Refund or Returns is not applicable on International Orders
